Key Dates
Teams Announced: Teams will be announced the week commencing 1 Apil 2024
Training Details: Training days/times/locations will be released in the week commencing 8 April 2024. Training will start the week commencing 15 April 2024
Season Start: 13 April 2024
Season End: 31 August 2024 (if did not make finals) - 7 September 2024 (Semi-Final Week) - 14 September 2024 (Grand-Final Week).
Fees
Fees: $300* - To be paid - $50 deposit when registering via PlayHQ & $250 via invoice which will be emailed (payable by round 4)
*Registration fees quoted above do not include the annual Basketball Victoria membership
Competition Changes from Winter 2024
From Winter 2024, Casey Basketball is introducing the below changes to the finals structure.
All Junior competitions will have a top 8 team finals structure.
Teams placed 1st to 4th will play in the grade finals (Semi-Final Week)
Teams that lose their 1st to 4th place finals will play in a 3rd place match the following week (Grand-Final Week)
Teams placed 5th to 8th will play in the consolation finals )semi_Final Week)
Winners of the 5-8 finals will play the following week in the consolation final (Grand-Final Week)
